The image of this night bird reveals successive layers of semi-opaque ink. Using a Leporello (concertina) format, the book pays homage to a rare work in this format, printed 160 years ago by the publisher Unsodo and also featuring an animal theme. \"Dans les bois\" appeared in five original exemplars. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eThe copies presented here belong to the third edition, printed in a reduced format in an edition of 100 copies by Studio Trames. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAbout this artist\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFanette Mellier graduated from the Strasbourg School of Decorative Arts in 2000. Trained under graphic designers Pierre Di Sciullo and Pierre Bernard, she has worked as an independent graphic designer since 2004. Her practice focuses primarily on printed matter, collaborating with publishing houses as well as cultural and social institutions.
