FRUITCAKE

The inspiration for Miels d’Anicet’s Christmas cake is, of course, the fruitcake.

Its preparation is a blend of buckwheat honey, spices, nuts, dried fruits, and candied orange zest, all lightly enhanced with the family honey wine, the Cuvée de la Diable. This cake can be enjoyed at tea time, for dessert, or even at breakfast

Flavour: Fruity and spicy.
Pairing: Dessert, to accompany foie gras or a cheese platter
Size: 400 g

Ingredients:
Unbleached all-purpose flour, raisins, brown sugar, eggs, raw apple juice, butter, dried apricots, buckwheat honey from the hives of Miels d’Anicet, Cuvée de la Diable mead, dried dates, candied orange zest, dried cranberries, pistachios, pecans, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove.

Contains gluten.

Conservation:
Artisanal and handmade directly on the farm, this product lasts for 6 months once opened.
