PANETTONE LE POIRE CHOCOLAT
Ingredients: Flour (wheat), butter (milk), liquid egg yolks, candied pears, sugars (fine sugar, Quebec honey, glucose), natural yeast, white chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, whey, butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), water, milk, cream, salt, cornstarch, vanilla beans.
May contain: Mustard seeds, soy, nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, pecans).
Tasting & storage advice:
- Panettone can be kept for up to 120 days after its production date.
- Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Consume within 30 days of opening.
- For a softer texture, you can lightly warm the panettone in the oven for a few minutes before serving to revive its fluffy texture and taste.
- Panettone can be frozen. To defrost the panettone, remove it from the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature for about 3 hours before serving.
