About Lemyre
Guy Lemyre has always lived to the rhythm of wood. A master cabinetmaker and artisan of the material, he has shaped furniture and objects where function dictated form. Today, he embraces slowness and the essential. His workshop, L’Atelier des Lents Matins, is a place where the sound of tools fades, and every gesture reflects patience and presence. His pieces, between object and artwork, utility and contemplation, offer a moment of pause, reminding us that beauty lies in slowness, depth, and silence. Each creation is an invitation to slow down and discover, in the simplicity of wood, a space of intimate resonance.
