About the artist
Dave Arnold always loved drawing, and hated going to school, so he dropped out. Then he started working as a carpenter, and found that he was naturally quite good with a paint brush, so he painted living rooms and bathrooms for 1000 days. Then he moved to Montréal and started a sign painting company called Mr. Sign, and completely transformed the visual landscape of the city. Then he remembered that he liked painting stuff that wasn’t signs, so he started painting paintings. These are those paintings.
