Inspired by her travels and a love of colour, French illustrator Ariane Butto brings romantic beauty and vibrant hues to her collections with Archivist. After training in graphic and textile design, and brimming with inspiration from her journeys, she began her career as an illustrator in 2018. Working entirely by hand, Ariane creates everything from rich, full-colour gouache paintings to intricate black-and-white pieces in the style of old engravings—each infused with her signature elegance and charm.
