Sel Saint-Laurent was born from the vision of Manuel Bujold Richard, an innovative entrepreneur and artist driven by a passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and exceptional flavour. Noticing that no edible sea salt was produced in Québec, he set out to create one pure, local, and deeply rooted in the region.
