All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is completed and the payment accepted.

Once orders are shipped, it takes about 2 to 7 business days to receive orders in Canada and the United States and 4 to 16 days for international orders. Delivery times are only indicative and do not constitute a formal commitment.

For reasons beyond our control, additional delivery times may apply. These delays can not give access to damages and interests on our part.

It should be noted that customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Contact us if you need a faster mode of transportation and if your order is urgent (additional fees may apply).

It is possible to pick up orders for free at our studio in Montreal. In this case, choose the option “LOCAL PICKUP IN MONTRÉAL” when finalizing your order, we will contact you to organize the pick up.


Limited series posters are not refundable.

Also, it should be noted that no return or exchange is accepted in the case of items on sale or whose sale is expressly described as “final sale”.

Our return and exchange policy is 10 days. After this period, we will not offer you a refund or an exchange.

The returned item can be exchanged for an item of equal value, be subject to a credit note or a refund of equal value.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase, have not been used and must be returned in its original packaging. In addition, the receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.

If applicable, Paperole will inform you by email of the receipt of the returned item. It will be accepted or refused, depending on the state in which it occurs and / or the time elapsed since the date of purchase.

Once the return is accepted, the necessary arrangements are made for the item to be exchanged, refunded or replaced by a credit note of the same amount as the price of the returned item.
