About the artist
Pierre Charpin is a French designer whose practice spans furniture, objects, glass, and ceramics. Trained at the École nationale supérieure d’art de Bourges, he has focused on design since the early 1990s, collaborating with renowned international brands including Hay, Hermès, Alessi, and Ligne Roset. His work, distinguished by a sensitive exploration of form and colour, has been featured in numerous exhibitions. He has also taught design in both France and Switzerland (ECAL).
