PANETTONE LE BEC SUCRÉ
Ingredients: Flour (wheat), sugars (maple sugar chunks, fine sugar, Quebec honey), butter (milk), liquid egg yolks, natural sourdough, water, milk, salt, cream, cornstarch, candy cap infusion, vanilla beans.
May contain: Mustard seeds, soy, nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, pecans).
Tasting & storage advice:
- Panettone can be kept for up to 120 days after its production date.
- Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Consume within 30 days of opening.
- For a softer texture, you can lightly warm the panettone in the oven for a few minutes before serving to revive its fluffy texture and taste.
- Panettone can be frozen. To defrost the panettone, remove it from the freezer and let it thaw at room temperature for about 3 hours before serving.
