This gourmet balsamic vinegar is made with sun-dried figs from Greece, using traditional methods. It blends the rich and velvety character of balsamic vinegar with the natural sweetness of figs.

With its lovely amber-brown hue and light, fluid texture, it’s perfect for drizzling over your favourite dishes.

Its aroma is rich with ripe fruit and delicate notes of candied fig.
