Gaïa Rezerva is an organic extra virgin olive oil made from a blend of Koroneiki and Mavrolia olives, giving it a unique profile that is both rich and balanced, with a velvety texture. About La Belle Excuse
La Belle Excuse was born from a beautiful love story between Greece and Québec. Founded in 2006 by Aristo Stavropoulos and Michèle Ricard, the company celebrates Aristo’s Greek roots and his family’s craftsmanship.
