Description: These floral works from the Jardin d’été collection were created by Sarah Kestenberg of Atelier Nature Morte for the Racines exhibition. The series is based on a study of plants that Sarah cultivated in her garden during the summer of 2025. Each specimen was carefully pressed and cataloged in her herbarium, and subsequently inspired these sculptures, entirely handmade from paper and painted realistically. They are displayed in hand-thrown terracotta pots, over 100 years old, imported from England.
Technique & Materials: Crepe paper, floral wire and terracotta pot.

Care instructions: This piece is ideal for a shadier spot in your home. As much as possible, keep away from direct light and moisture. To remove any dust, use a fine paint or makeup brush to gently dust.
